- Experienced in managing a mid-scale hotel
- Must have impressive Sales experience and ability to bring business to the table
- Passion for guest service and strong operational skills
- Hands on role, not a desk job
- English as a second language is a requirement
- Hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and through a brand change to an international company
- Suitable role for current Executive Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, or current Hotel Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role in Hospitality, Leisure, or Travel
- You are a strong leader with experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations
- You have working knowledge of Hospitality, Analytical Skills, Communication, Financial Management, Leadership, Customer Service, Critical Thinking, Operational Knowledge, Detail Oriented and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
