Mô tả công việc

The Sales Executive at the hotel is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients to drive revenue across various hotel services. The job includes:

Identifying and building relationships with new clients, businesses, and partners.
Managing, maintaining, and expanding existing client accounts.
Ensuring the hotel achieves its revenue targets across various areas such as room sales, conferences, events, dining services, etc.
Promoting and introducing hotel services to potential clients.
Coordinating with other departments in the hotel to meet client needs.
Implementing advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns to attract new customers.
Reporting sales and revenue results to management.
Participating in meetings and events to enhance brand recognition and promote the hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent in English
At least 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creativity and flexibility in work.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
