The Sales & Marketing Executive will be primarily responsible for executing the sales strategy of the business with the ultimate objective of maximizing revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage.
Key Duties and responsibilities
· Manage property in OTA and run regular campaigns and adjust budgets and property advertisements
. Ensure room occupancy is at maximum capacity and create strategies and plans to maximize room occupancy.
. Organize and create Facebook and social media campaigns for property and effective marketing strategy
. Follow up and organize KOL marketing and find best solutions and best KOL for marketing strategy
. Organize and follow up onsite and offsite hotel marketing and fair to increase property visibility
. Devise and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving budgets and revenues.
· Analyse current markets and identify new markets and potential clients.
· Actively contacting tour companies and creating new campaigns for the business.
· Organise and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips in conjunction with the Hotel team.
· Manage the number and performance of third party and promotional websites and liaise with providers in ensuring optimisation of the hotel’s online position.
· Proactively monitor the Hotel’s profile on the various social media platforms and ensure appropriate responses are posted in a timely fashion.
· Create marketing plan and Liaise with our Digital Team in managing the content of the Hotel’s website and online and offline promotion.
· Submit weekly Sales & Marketing activity reports to the CEO
