Mô tả công việc
• Supply guests, residents’ directions and information regarding property amenities, services and hours of operation and local areas of interest, cultural and commercial activities.
• Respond to guest, residents’ requests for special arrangement or services (e.g. spa service, transportation, religious services, financial services, business center services, interpretation services, reservations, dry cleaning/laundry service, entertainment/sporting events, shopping, courier etc.…) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
• Recognize repeated/VIP customers and their preferences as well.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Service Center etc.…) as necessary to resolve guest’s call, request or problem.
• Protect guest and associate’s security by never revealing any personal information, room numbers, addresses, telephone numbers etc. unless authorised by a manager.
• Understand the resort’s Fire and Safety procedures. To undergo training in all fire and security measures whenever required.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear proper uniform at all times. Adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards as stated in the associate handbook.
• Assist management to ensure having necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs (suppliers, equipment and inventor…)
• Read noticed board daily to keep updated on all current information. Attend departmental meetings. Familiarise yourself of the daily activities and meetings that are being held in the hotel. Participate/Conduct the daily department 15-minute training.
• Utilise every opportunity to maximise hotel revenue (e.g. restaurant bookings, limousine services, tours etc..)
• Check Concierge’s stocks daily to make sure have enough tools to run jobs efficiently.
• Check up all resort’s car fleets on duty shift to make sure all in good condition and ready for services.

Yêu cầu công việc
The position is open for Vietnamese only.
Bachelor's degree in Korean/ Chinese language/ Hospitality Management.
1 year of experience in the same position in Luxury resort and urban city.
Pre-opening experience is preferable.
Good Korean/ Chinese/ English communication skills, both in written and oral.
