Human Resources Executive - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening stage

Assists Human Resources Manager in recruitment and internal activities.

Ensure the dynamic recruitment, compliance to the SOP on recruitment process. Tracking vacancies, monitoring applicant flow, developing effective recruitment test, advertisement, making appropriate applicant referrals.

Attend job fairs, posts positions on internal and external websites, and develops new recruiting sources.

Do filing system to ensure proper applicants tracking system (ATS), manage the pool of potential candidate for later contact when needed.

Ensure great service before, during and after recruitment and selection process. Keep abreast to the trend in recruitment and compensation and benefits to advice on our HR strategy.

Prepare the offer letter with benefits grade to send to successful candidate through email and coordinate with all related people/ department for preparing for new associate from all logistic to welcome and onboard new hires including collecting all required documents of successful candidate to pass to HR team member who is in charge of C&B for filling and system keying-in.

Assisting in Job Description updating with related department head under guidance of Director of Human Resources/ Human Resources Manager.

Collaborate to deliver all internal activities.

The position is open for Vietnamese only.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Hospitality Management/ Laws or English language

1 year of experience in the same position in Luxury resort and urban city

Experienced with Cadena system

Knowledgeable of local law

Pre-opening experience is preferable

Excellent English communication skills, both in written and oral
