Comply with food safety and hygiene legislation and assist with the implementation of the resort food safety, quality & legality.

Identifying risk & keeping records

Pest Control Management & Chemical Management

Carry out verification swabbing and cleaning validations

Drive the planning and coordination of daily and routine hygiene clean & deep clean cycles

Managing, training & supporting FB department and senior leaders such Chefs & Chief Stewarding to facilitate deep clean and hygiene improvement plans
