Transportation Shift Manager - Quản Lý Ca Vận Chuyển

Responsibilities

• Receive & assist all transportation bookings of departments with high-class services for guests.
• Coordinating flight schedules with ground transportation, scheduling regular road transportation.
• Monitor and supervise all driver performances, preventive maintenance and repair duties on all transportation mechanical systems, equipment and tools.
• Oversee facilities and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
• Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives and established safety and security standards.
• Other duties as instructed and assigned by Manager.

• Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc
• Graduated College or above
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Transportation Shift Manager
• Must have knowledge of mechanical systems, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and quality control systems
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality
• English communication skills are preferred
• Professional appearance
• Microsoft Office knowledge required
