- Conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is effectively communicated to team members.
- Supervise team members to ensure that all assigned tasks and operational requirements within the outlet are completed on time and in accordance with departmental standards. Build strong relationships with guests.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback tactfully and efficiently.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to cashier/bar operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain the department communication logbook and keep the notice board updated. Monitor equipment and stock levels to prevent shortages that may impact operations and guest experience.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet and back-of-house areas in compliance with F&B sanitation and hygiene regulations. Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned by management. Conduct a proper handover and ensure clear communication with the next shift.
- Develop, implement, and maintain staff training programs, focusing on team members' development needs and equipping them with new skills to meet evolving business demands. Prepare weekly staff schedules, considering anticipated business levels, budget constraints, and service standards.
- Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor expenses, and operational supply costs align with the budget.
- Respond professionally, courteously, and efficiently to special requests and guest complaints.
- Be responsible and accountable for the outlet’s profitability and revenue generation.

*Qualifications:
-Candidate must be a Diploma or Degree holder preferably certification(s) in Food & Beverage. Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
