- Preparing the transfer for airports, hotels for the guests.
Chuẩn bị xe đưa đón sân bay, khách sạn cho khách.
- Being in charge of managing the transportation and assigning tasks for drivers.
Phụ trách quản lý việc vận chuyển và phân công nhiệm vụ cho tài xế.
- Being in charge of contacting transportation partners when it is necessary.
Phụ trách liên hệ với các đối tác vận chuyển khi cần thiết.
- Being in charge of making the payment requests for toll fees and overtime of drivers at the end of monthly.
Phụ trách lập các đề nghị thanh toán phí cầu đường và làm thêm giờ của tài xế vào cuối tháng .
- Being in charge of the debt control of transport service partners, making payment requests.
Phụ trách kiểm soát công nợ của các đối tác dịch vụ vận chuyển, lập các đề nghị thanh toán.
- Handling and solving all problems when transfer guests.
Xử lý và giải quyết mọi vấn đề phát sinh khi đưa đón khách.
- Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Head of Operation.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ và yêu cầu khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng phòng Vận hành.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 01 years work experience in similar position at least.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good/ fair English.
- Russian speaking is a priority.
- Maintain company standards of service quality and performance standards
- Teamwork.
