  • Assist the Executive Sous Chef in creating an identity for the Regent Club which harmoniously blends the Multi-sensory Culinary Concept
  • Work closely with the Executive Sous Chef to create dishes and suggesting dishes in promotional events.
  • Ensure plating guides are up to date and distributed appropriately.
  • Ensure that all plating guides are followed according to set dish description, cooking method and presentation image.
  • Ensure that the food is prepared in the most authentic way as standards set and agreed by the Executive Sous Chef.
  • Support to identify areas for improvement in food and beverage quality and report those to Executive Sous Chef.
  • Creativity, Leadership, Organizational Skills and Advanced Planning in conjunction with the Executive Chef /Executive Sous chef will be a key part of your daily focus to maintain Operational Excellence.
  • Maintain your departments Consistency through the continuous improvement of Quality of raw and processed ingredients as well as All Relevant Costs and Expenses.
  • To run a Cost effective operation, maximizing product quality and profitability while maintaining Regent standards and Food Philosophy.
  • Create individual seasonal identities for the food in the Regent Club and ensure that these offerings are pertinent to our Regent Guests needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction in accordance to the Regent Distinction Service Behaviours, the Strategic Brand Pillars and the respective service standards of Regent Brand
  • He must ensure that all food offerings on the resort are the most attractive and tasteful possible to provide always the best quality food to our guest
  • Personally meets potential event guests for menu planning and discussions. Interact with Regent guests on daily basis in the outlets and create a meaningful relationship
  • Personally monitors and follows through on any requirements of VIP guests and special dietary requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
  • 7 years minimum in five-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • 2 Years previous experience in same position
