Mô tả công việc
• Manage the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all employment regulations during recruitment and hiring processes.
• Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, and career development.
• Handle compensation and benefits administration to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee salaries. - Address employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data confidentiality.
• Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as staff welfare and benefit and all staff activities.
• Assist in the communication flow to all hotel staff through notice board, newsletter, bulletin and direct communication with staff regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations
• Assist the Human Resources Manager to periodically inspect the locker rooms
• Follow up with Division Heads regarding staff monthly attendance records.
• Keeps monthly record regarding staff tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave and maternity leave.
• Keep all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keeps all files in the order.
• Follows up all staff’s insurance (Social Security, Accident Insurance, Health Insurance) and renewal in coordination with the Finance Department
• Keep all personnel and Hotel information confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by the Management.
• Keeps record of all hotel items issued to the staff such as uniform, nametag, and etc….
• To prepare HR monthly report.
• In charge of personal income tax

Yêu cầu công việc
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding question as problem solving. Must be familiar with all hotels procedures, regulations.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years experience handling in similar job environment. Preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment, good Excel. Must be computer proficient.
Must speak and writing good English.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field
Human Resource background
Knowledge of Labor laws.
