Mô tả công việc

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials.
Help maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily activities, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help implement HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to improving HR processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
