o Consistently provide customer satisfaction through technical support of end users(customers) by responding to and following up on support calls in a timely manner (routed by phone, e-mail, radio and face-to-face), work requests and project tasks.

o Work alongside management to assist in resolving customer concerns with problems regarding slot machines.

o Provide regular inspections of all slot machines to ensure there has been no tampering or otherwise illegal attempts to alter machines.

o Perform preventative maintenance and technical troubleshooting of all gaming machines within the E-Gaming club.

o Maintain awareness of equipment standards and software revision levels while staying current with technologies and solutions via training and technical papers.

o Must be able to work in highly regulated and customer service environment

o Monitor and program machine CPU boards to legal regulation standards for a variety of machines

o Move and reinstall slot machines as needed when casino floor plans are revised

o Aware of surroundings and mindful of attempts to tamper with slots machines or the defrauding of the E-gaming club.

o Keep detailed records of all machine inventory, required upgrades and parts

o Act in accordance with the Technical Department’s & Company’s policies and procedures & standards.

- Educational level associated with bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, or other equivalent experience.

- At least 1 year or more working in Technical or IT environment with excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware.

- Understands basics of machine parts, harnessing, and cabinets of machines in use at casino/E-gaming club are preferred.

- Must possess the ability to trouble shoot, diagnose and analyze technical problems. Must have hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.

- Must be comfortable using power and hand tools such as crimpers, drills, soldering irons, saws, screw drivers, multi-meters and wrenches.

- Occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs. and/or moving of Gaming Machines utilizing assistance from co-workers is required.

- Must be available to work on a task assignment, or bulk of work to completion regardless of shift or duration. Must have flexibility and willingness to work any shift – position is a 24X7 coverage support position.

- Ability to handle multiple assignments is necessary.
