Mô tả công việc
- Ensure that any orders or decisions taken by the Directly Manager are strictly followed up.
- React to all daily operating problems and complaints rose and to offer solutions.
- Ensure verification of authorization of purchase requisition.
- Be responsible for the selection and approval of the best suppliers.
- Negotiate with different suppliers in order to obtain the best deal.
- Ensure the issue and approval of purchase order.
- Record all purchase made by the order.
- Give a copy of purchase order to the stores.
- Carry out market survey and provide a report to Direct Manager of the latest market statues.
- Report any major complaints in the hotel to the Direct Manager.
- Assist in any administrative work implemented by Direct Manager.
- Prepare monthly and year-end reports for submission to the Direct Manager.
- Administration of purchasing department and overlook store operation.
- Comply with all Finance procedures on a daily basis.

- Ability to install and administer computer software and hardware.
- Team exposure and supervisory building skills.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the product used at hotels & remoted resort.
- Knowledge of regional markets and traders.
- Outstanding personal relation ability.
- Good command over written and spoken English.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- Diploma of college or university completion in procurement or business management.
- One year or more of hotel experience.
- One or more years of working experience as a the same role.
