POSITION STATEMENT

A Front Office Supervisor ensures the satisfaction of Guests who interact with Reception operation and will keep the Reception Team informed of relevant information and Guest feedback.

CORE COMPETENCIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Front Office Supervisor, you will ensure the satisfaction of Guests who interact with Reception operations and will keep the Reception Team informed of relevant information and Guest feedback. A Front Office Supervisor is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Train and the develop Team Members

• Have a good understanding of the Hotel’s emergency procedures, Hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and ensure implementation of those related to your department

• Have knowledge of the department procedures and standards; ensure the implementation all department procedures and standards

• Have knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities

• Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.

• Be proactive and observant in service to identify guest needs before being asked.

• Serve as a key point of contact for Guests and efficiently respond to Guest enquirie

• Supervise services rendered by all Guest Service Attendants

• Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Positive attitude, and good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • 1+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in other languages, Chinese, Korean, Japanese are preferable
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • An in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure or service sector
  • Familiar with Property Management Systems; Opera system
