Oversee both front and back-of-house operations, including wait staff and kitchen crew.

Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.

Develop strategies for improving our customers's dining experience.

Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.

Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.

Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.

Manage the work schedules of our restaurant's staff.

Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.

Educating staff about potential food allergies and how to make customers aware of these ingredients. Interacting with guests to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service.

Other Responsibilities

Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management

The spirit, responsibility, and flexibility of duty shifts according to the Manager's assignment.

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management

Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships

High school education

Good oral proficiency in the English language

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity

Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
