Mô tả công việc
- Contact the accommodation facility (hotel, resort) to request the contract.
- Drafting and negotiating the contract with the partner.
- Update, follow up and complete contracts.
- Company contracts archive.
- Update, renew contracts with hotels, resorts.
- Follow and update the promotion from hotels, resorts to related departments.
- Make the contract related requirements as assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Make the weekly, monthly report (if need).
- Perform other tasks and requirements as assigned by Contract Manager.
- Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests
- Strongly support colleagues and sales team to deliver the best quality of services to customers/ partners.
- Be active in Company’ activities to build the solidary of company.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma of Tourism/ Hotel management/ Accounting
- Good English skills
- Experience in this position or Reservation/ Sales in hospitality industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Dynamic, creative and detailed in working.
