Mô tả công việc
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize room rates and revenue.
• Implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the hotel's executive team
