Purchasing Supervisor/ Giám sát thu mua

- To assist all Departments in the hotel for their requirements, specifications and the availabilities

- To assist Purchasing manager to find out another new suppliers outside the current supplier’s list by identifying/doing the references of potential suppliers and conducting vendor visits accordingly

- To manage the suppliers’ relations for maximum mutual benefits

- To keep track of all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time.

- To assist Purchasing manager in obtaining competitive quotations and bids

- Is responsible for collecting samples and approved purchases for the hotel on behalf of Purchasing manager

- To obtain 3 quotations at all times for any buying except approved by GM/owner

- To purchase/ find out urgent items required from Engineering or other departments

- To follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly

- Responsible in maintaining a good relationship with all suppliers, keeping a polite and professional attitude at all times

- To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties

• Hỗ trợ chỗ ở cho nhân viên ở xa;
• Cấp đồng phục, khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm;
• Du lịch tham quan hằng năm;
• Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT,BHTN;
• Được nghỉ phép năm và tăng dần theo thâm niên công tác;
• Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp; Được đào tạo nghiệp vụ, ngoại ngữ, tham gia các khóa huấn luyện nội bộ, tham quan nghỉ dưỡng hàng năm

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành Tài chính – Kế toán.

•  Kinh nghiệm làm việc: 1-2 năm ở vị trí tương tự.

•  Tiếng Anh: khả năng viết và giao tiếp cơ bản

•  Kỹ năng vi tính: sử dụng tốt vi tính văn phòng.

•  Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, trung thực.
