The scope of this job is to ensure we are competitively represented on our brand and product on all e-channels. This role will serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by developing and implementing key distribution and E-Commerce strategies to optimize the distribution channel.

An E-Commerce Coordinator in the hotel industry manages the hotel's online presence and sales channels, ensuring accurate information on travel websites, handling online bookings, and developing marketing campaigns. The person monitor website performance, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to enhance the online guest experience. Key skills include proficiency in web analytics, e-commerce platforms, and strong communication abilities. A background in marketing, business, or hospitality is typically preferred.

At least 1 year’ experience in hospitality field is required

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing management, hospitality management or equivalent

• Analytical thinking, concern for order and quality; planning, organizing, and coordinating; problem solving and judgment
