Quality Assurance

INTP is seeking a full-time quality analyst for our Moderation teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.

1. Salary and Benefits

• Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
• Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to
• Ensure the quality's product;
• Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.

• Has at least 12 months of experience working in the QA position in the BPO sector with a foreign company.
• Proficient in English across all four skills: listening and speaking (working with foreign experts) - reading (fluent in translating both Vietnamese to English and vice versa) - writing (reporting in English). A pre-employment test will be required before starting work.
• Be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
• Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
• Willingness to handle multi-projects;
• Able to work on Holidays is preferable
