Content Moderator

INTP is seeking a full-time content moderator for our Moderation teams. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.

1. Salary and Benefits

• Have no requirement for a degree or prior experience. Training will be provided before starting work.
• English proficiency in listening, speaking, and reading at the B2 to C1 level. Sufficient ability to interview foreign experts and understand English documents based on instructions. A pre-employment test will be required before starting work.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make nuanced content moderation decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to evolving content trends and online safety measures.
• Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
