As a Wink Guide you are the key to providing our guests with the Wink experiences we strive for. You will be part of our community of one, giving our guests that same treatment, allowing them to feel part of it and that they belong at Wink and our community.
You create extraordinary experiences for our guests, capturing the aspirations of the modern travelers while staying true to a Vietnamese identity. By celebrating the spirit of the new Vietnam in our culture, design and technology, you can give our guests the experience they strive for.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Wink Experience Manager and Wink Coach, and with the limits established Wink management office, hotel SOPs, policies and procedures, Wink Guide is responsible for ensuring service delivery is at its best and standards of the Hangout Space operations are met in accordance to the company’s established Wink Hotels standards.
Wink Guide reports directly to the Wink Coach and needs to proactively provide cross – functional support to other team member when necessary.

- As a WÍNK guide you are responsible for the guest experience, such as, welcoming guests, guiding them appropriately throughout their stay. But most importantly, making sure the guests are satisfied and expectations are exceeded.
- As a WÍNK guide you are also responsible for executing the F&B operations at Wink property with additionally performing the inventory count, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipments.
- You are passionate about WÍNK and hospitality in general and are eager to share that passion.
- You may have experience in a similar role. For example, receptionist, F&B server, bartender, guest relation or guest service call center …
- You are willing to learn and develop within the role and within WÍNK. Actively promote teamwork and have a genuine desire to create “Community of one”
- Excel at multitasking, displaying a proactive and adept ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Language requirements: English, Vietnamese
- Having knowledge about a town's attractions, activities, and popular dining and drinking establishments is a valuable asset.
- Candidates with hands-on experience using the Opera Cloud system will be given strong consideration
