• Arrange training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
• Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and recommend areas of improvement
• Review training needs; modify or improve existing programs or develop new training programs to meet those needs
• Through collaboration with management, identify anticipated training needs based on human resource initiatives, legal and regulatory changes, career development needs, and other factors
• Organize and conducts orientation sessions and coordinate on-the-job training for new and transferred employees
• Create and/or administer post-training evaluations, tests, and assessments
• Assess current training and development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback.
• Design specialized training programs to enhance productivity base on business needs.
• Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities.
• Guiding departmental trainers in developing training skill.
• Delivering training programs.
• Conducting staff training.
• Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback.
• Complete training reports
• Perform other duties may assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of one-year human resources experience

Bachelor's degree in field of expertise.

Certified Professional in training management is a plus.

Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for teaching and public speaking.

Strong teamwork abilities.

In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.

Friendly and approachable.
