Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service:

• Supervise and guide the waitstaff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to all guests.
• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Assist with table assignments and seating arrangements.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Manage guest expectations and exceed their expectations whenever possible.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the waitstaff team.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
• Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.

• Assist with the smooth and efficient flow of service during peak periods.
• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Assist with inventory management of front-of-house supplies.

• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and kitchen staff.
• Provide constructive feedback on the waitstaff's performance.

• Proven experience as a Captain, Assistant Manager, or in a similar supervisory role in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
