Human Resources Trainee / Thực tập sinh Nhân sự

• Assisting in intialing idea and designing poster, inforgraphic, artwork, etc. when needed.
• Participating in organizing employee events.
• Arranging logisitics for employee onboarding (name tag, ngerprint, welcome package…).
• Making employees feel welcomed and promptly responding to their concerns and requests (if any).
• Effectively circulating information to other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Updating our internal databases with new empployee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Ensuring information related to colleagues posted on notice board.
• Filling, data entry and arranging employee prole.
• Tracking personel documents and storing it in designated places.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• High school/College/University education

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
