Guest Experience Agent

• Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, organizing and selling wine for all departments

• Oversee all wine planning, purchases and cost management

• Work with local suppliers to get the best benefits for our company and meet obligations under our contracts.

• Create a better service environment by assisting members and guests during the dinner service with wine recommendations and selection for perfect pairing with their dinner, decanting of the wine and wine service

• Develop a training program for all Team Members to improve their knowledge of wine tasting and wine service

• Create and update the wine list in coordination with the Food and Beverage Manager/Executive Chef/Bar Manager

• Recommend food and beverage (wine/cocktail/water/soft-drink) pairings to the guests

• Advise guests on beverage (wine/cocktail/water/soft-drink) based on their personal tastes and food choices

• Inform guests about different varieties of wines and prices

• Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware

• Store open bottles properly to maintain strong taste

• Manage wine cellar and ensure its fully-stocked

• Train waiter staff on available wines

• Organize wine tasting days or “wine of the month” events

• Ask guests for ID to verify legal drinking age

• Remove all the empty classes, bottles, or cans on guest’s table if any

• Comply with all health and safety regulations hygiene
