- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance sales skills and performance.
- Foster clear communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with goals and objectives.
- Oversee customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights for decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, marketing, and upper management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team communication and collaboration.
- Good English skill & computer literate.
- Analytical mindset & problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equivalent position.
