1. Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned apartments and service areas.

2. Offer all possible assistance to guests/ tenants and respond to their requests.

3. Clean and provide supplies to apartments according to standards and procedures.

4. Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.

5. Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.

6. Maintain all equipment in good working condition.

7. Keep linen room neat and in good order.

8. Report any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Floor Supervisor/ Captain.

9. Report maintenance deficiencies to the Captain or Supervisor.

10. Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

11. Maintain good working relationships with own associates and all other departments.

12. Do turndown service when required.

13. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.

14. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service and exceed guests’ expectations.

15. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

16. Carry out other tasks as directed by Floor Supervisor and Management.

1. At least one year experience as a Room Attendant or equivalent in upscale hotels and/or serviced apartment buildings/ residences.

2. High School Diploma in General Education or Vocational Training Diploma in a related field preferred.

3. Extensive knowledge of room and bathroom amenities and cleaning chemicals.

4. Good customer care skills.

5. Basic English communication skills.

6. Passion for service excellence.

7. Good physical health.
