Position Summary:

• Service staff are the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an exceptional dining experience.

Customer Interaction:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their table.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Service Excellence:

• Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
• Handle special requests (e.g., dietary preferences) and communicate them to the kitchen.

Table Maintenance:

• Followed opening and closing procedures
• Check equipment’s damage and report to seniors
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Refill beverages, replace cutlery, and address any table needs.

Team Support:

• Assist team members during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in setting up the bar and providing wine service
• Communicate effectively with the Captain and Supervisor regarding guest needs or issues.
• Participate in pre-shift briefings to understand daily objectives.

Adherence to Standards:

• Follow hygiene and safety protocols strictly.
• Handle payments accurately and process transactions through the POS system.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
