Supervise and provide leadership for Front Office operations, training, and guest service.
Oversee handling of groups, VIPs, and special guest requests in accordance with hotel standards.
Monitor departmental operating budgets to align with hotel guidelines and control expenses.
Monitor departmental reports and ensure timely distribution.
Manage employee work schedules and ensure effective communication across departments.
Regularly review and update Front Office operations manuals.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Native Vietnamese, good English.
1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven track records.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-handling skills
