Mô tả công việc
- Fully conversant with all hotel activities and facilities.
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
- Be well groomed at all times.
- Strive to please all guests and to continuously provide in-house facilities at every opportunity.
- Be able to sell the hotel’s products and promote sales within the hotel.
- Greet guests and visitors warmly with a smile.
- Coordinate with reception to execute arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Meet & welcome all arriving guests at the entrance of the hotel and escort/direct them to reception for check-in.
- Unload cars and cabs for all arriving guests.
- Transport guests' luggage to rooms in an efficient manner ensuring no damage is caused to the luggage, furniture, fixtures and walls.
- Collect luggage from the guest room for departing guests in a timely manner and bring the luggage to lobby for check out.
- Handle guest luggage in case of a room move.
- Promptly deliver messages within the hotel.
- Load cars and taxis for departing guests, ensuring a polite and courteous farewell.
- Maintain an accurate record of check-in and check-out rooms.
- Adhere to the hotel's policy on the storage of guest luggage.
- Maintain accurate control and records of all luggage left in his/her care, by entering information on work sheets and logbooks.
- Ensure that all function boards are kept up to date.
- Always represent the hotel in a positive manner, by being polite, friendly, and professional while on duty.
- Have a full knowledge of other Dusit & Royal Princess Hotels & Resorts.
- Ensure all trolleys are clean at all times.
- Ensure hotel lobby is kept clean and tidy.
- Provide relieve for doorman on request.
- Carries out Front Office requests for room changes, delivery of forms/reports or any other documents to the different sections of Dusit Hotel.
- Coordinate with security to help protect hotel property and to advice of any undesirables.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least High Vocational diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year in Front Office or Bell Service experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to drive car is a plus
- Ability to communicate Basic English.
- Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically strong. Ability to stand for a long period of time and lift luggage during duty.
