Linen & Uniform Attendant

• Stores all house linens and uniforms.
• Distributes of all house linen and uniforms.
• Ensures that linens and uniforms are in good condition.
• Issues clean uniforms on the basis of one-for-one exchange.
• Repairs house linens and uniforms.
• Issues uniforms to new staff and receives uniforms from the terminating staff with the proper control procedures.
• Takes current stock records of all linen and uniforms and inventory taking.
• Is able to work as a tailor of the hotel.
• Separates, counts and records numbers of items soiled.
• Places in containers for transport to laundry.
• Examines laundered items to ensure cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Performs duties or tasks at the best of his/her ability.
• Reports any unusual incidents, guest complaints, lost and found, breakage and losses to the supervisor
• Attends briefing or meeting as requested.
• Attends all training requested by the hotel.
• To be responsible for cost saving on guest supplies, food supplies, electricity, water, etc.,
• Follows company’s rules and regulation.

• At least High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year in Housekeeping/ Janitorial experience preferred. No experienced is welcome
• Knowledgeable in Housekeeping operation and cleaning methods will be an asset
• Ability to communicate basic English
• Detail-oriented and posses pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
