Food & Beverage Attendant

• Ensures personal grooming according to hotel standards and reports to work on time.
• Demonstrates a positive posture and manner at all times.
• Greets and escorts guests according to the standard of the outlet
• Provides high standard of quality and speedy service.
• Serves food and beverage orders according to the established service sequences and procedures.
• Applies up-selling techniques whenever possible.
• Picks up and deliver food orders, prepares and delivers beverages orders.
• Always thanks and farewell guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.
• Be knowledgeable and skillful on the hotel POS system.
• Be responsible for proper set up of the tables before, during and after service, checking for clean linen, refill condiments, polished glass and silverware.
• Performs closing side work and cleaning duties.
• Assists captain to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Ensures full mise en place is prepared prior to start of operations and replenished afterwards.
• Anticipates in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
• Works as a team member with other staff to exceed guest expectations.
• Works with initiative to seek and offer assistance as required from team members or supervisors.
• Maintains positive relations with other staff and departments.
• Participates in training and other activities to facilitate high team performance.
• Responsible for set up, service and breakdown of his/her station by following the instruction of the Captain.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Superiors.
• Be responsible in keeping Hotel’s property safe and secure within their working areas
