• Oversee and manage all domestic PR for the resort.
• Oversee and manage all domestic based KOLs/influencers.
• Manage the resort’s membership program/environment.
• Conducting Daily Marketing Activities that Achieve Department Goals.
• Assists in coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and other promotions.
• Coordinates offers and information for all publications and inserts about brand loyalty reward mailings.
• Develop brochures and property collateral materials.
• Participates in relevant property imaging work (e.g., signage).
• Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
• Manages marketing budget throughout the year.
• Tracks return on investment (ROI) of all marketing initiatives (not digital marketing).
• Keeps track of actual versus planned marketing budgets and provides input and recommendations as needed regarding reallocation of funding.
• Ensures consistency in individual property's voice on all guest touchpoints and marketing communications, not only following corporate graphic standards but also on behalf of the individual property.
• Using Knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to Maximize Revenue
• Evaluate new marketing opportunities for the property.
• Ensures property is represented on all quality internet sites that have the potential of providing business.
• Assist on relevant photo and video shoots assigned by Sr. Communication Manager.
• Works with media buyers for potential hardcopy advertising.
• Acts on behalf of property with all vendors, exacting a balance between quality work and price, requesting estimates and approving all materials as needed.
• Maintain overall hotel commercial communication budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with the resort, etc.).
• Provide ongoing updates of industry news, trends, issues, site features and best practices to the Sr. Communication Manager.
• Develop strong and productive relationships with trade and domestic consumer media, bloggers and influencers to ensure the resort is always exposed in relevant focus areas/markets.
• Work closely with the dedicated international PR agency on behalf of the resort to ensure the best possible coverage on the international scene.
• Develop and drive the relationships of the Vietnamese market for consumer media, bloggers and influencers to ensure the hotels have a very strong domestic appeal.
• Oversee all marketing and digital and e-commerce activity including the management of the resort’s online spa, digital f&b, attractions, online activities, online upgrade systems, apps or any additional initiatives that will drive performance for the resort.
• To lead the digital marketing efforts to include, Search Engine Marketing (including PPC and SEO), Mobile Marketing, Display Advertising, Marketing Database, Email, Social Media and advertisement and assisting with Social Media Planning, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.
• Manage and optimize the organization's digital presence, including websites, social media channels, and online advertising platforms, to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engines, utilizing targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and retain target audiences.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
• Responsible for driving/evaluating business case documents put together by the resort for use of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Line, WeChat, TikTok, X or other social media channel requests to drive production to our websites.
• Lead and coordinated the development of e-Commerce tactics for the resort in line with the overall Wafaifo corporate guidelines, including SEO, SEM campaign preparation and analysis. Advise the resort and measure/report on the results.
• Responsible for maintaining relevant and search-oriented keywords to be up to date and optimized in all agreed languages.
• Working with the agency on tagging and monitoring social media performance using approved tools.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence in English and Vietnamese and other languages as required.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry developments, and recommend and implement innovative approaches and solutions to enhance digital marketing performance.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial targets.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Support any other projects advised by the management.
