The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Additionally, the role involves supporting training initiatives, overseeing employee engagement activities, and fostering a positive workplace culture. All activities must align with company values, policies, and goals.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree or a related qualification in the field.
Certification in HR, Recruitment, or Training (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred.
Experience supporting or coordinating training initiatives is desirable.
