Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate the operations of all computer systems, ensure they are installed and working properly.
- Design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer, telecommunications, CCTV, hardware/ software, networks and information systems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer systems operations.
- Consult the managers regarding system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Monitor security of all IT aspects in the hotel.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system, and technology issues.
- Monitor the performance of the IT systems and report to the managers when problems occur.
- Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
- Provide individual/ group training and support on requests.
- Maintain log and/or list of hardware, software installation and maintenance.
- Inform the managers whenever the changes or updates affect to their operations.
- Make recommendations about purchase of IT resources.
- Control the IT systems budgets and expenditures.

- Computer, network installation and administration.
- Be familiar with hotel IT systems, especially Smile PMS.
- Organizational, problem solving and training skills.
- Be honest and trustworthy.
- English communication, oral and written.
