- Manage the Banquet Department’s operations, ensuring that all functions are successful
- Executed and maximizing guest satisfaction consistent with Caravelle Standards
- Assists Banquet Sales in identifying market needs and trends
- Effective cost management to support the Hotel’s profitability
- Lead and develop the team with training and coaching activities

- Hospitality Management/ University Degree
- At least 3 years experience at same position in luxury hotels or convention centers
- Dynamic leadership and engaging personality
- Good training skills
- Guest service oriented
- Fluent in English written and spoken
