• Maintaining Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, specials, and promotions to answer questions confidently.

• Upselling: Suggest pairings, or special items to enhance the guest experience and boost sales.

• Handling Payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash-handling protocols.

• Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints professionally to ensure a positive resolution.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to maintain smooth operations during service.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure tables, utensils, and serving areas are clean and properly stocked.
