DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.

2. Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

3. Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.

4. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.

5. Coordinate with other property personnel such as carpenter, painter, and night engineer in completing service, replacements, alterations, and new installation work.

6. In charge of installing electrical cables and wiring when necessary.

7. Maintain all electrical appliances and equipment to minimize malfunctions.

8. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a four or five star hotel/ resort.

2. Technical or Vocational Training Diploma in a related discipline.

3. Excellent physical health.

4. Passion for service excellence.

5. Attention to details.
