We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided. Additionally, you will supervise and support our team of baristas to ensure quality beverage preparation and exceptional customer experiences.PRIMARY DUTIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management, handle store maintenance.
• Report directly and support Assistant Store Manager with floor operations and overall manage the general operation during Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager absences.
• Train, mentor, and supervise barista staff to ensure adherence to company standards for beverage preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards for coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup served, managing TCP’s beverage data.
• Support Assistant Store Manager on handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
• Implementing store policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Schedule staff shifts, and optimize staffing levels to meet customer demand while controlling expenses.
• Manage shift assignment, opening, and closing procedures by following company standards (making bank deposits/preparing cash changes for daily sales, store food at the end of day-to-day operations...);
• Providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist HR and Assistant Store Manager in recruitment (if any). Follow the company guidelines when recruiting to select the potential/talented employees;
• Support Assistant Store Manager to follow the Standard Operation Procedures, reporting procedures and systems, workplace health and safety, food safety and hygiene, and ensure floor staffs follow the guidelines correctly and effectively;
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as at when due, ensure stock availability of material and manage waste;
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and cleanliness protocols at all times;
• Perform administrative tasks such as timekeeping processing, inventory tracking, and reporting as required;
• Report/follow general maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the operation structure;
• Respond to emergencies, and support working with supplier maintenance on special remodeling projects.
• Support Assistant Store Manager on operation setup and service for outside events (outside sales, fairs, catering);
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as at when due, ensure stock availability and manage waste;
• Other tasks as line manager request.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally;
• In charge of customer's messages with Assistant Store Manager such as: Food Apps, FB, Instagram, Tiktok, ... if need;
• Collaborate with Sales to process customers’ orders/ requests;
• Train staffs to provide product knowledge and create a welcoming atmosphere to customers.
QUALITY CONTROL:
• Uphold quality standards for company’s products;
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations;
• Monitor product freshness and presentation;
• Ensure delivery the high product quality to customers.

• 6 days per week, 8h/ day (included 30’ break time)

Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage;
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail and food and beverage industry;
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and motivating team;
• Communication and leadership skills;
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;
• Creative close to the F&B culture - Passion for chocolate and food;
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
• Exceptional customer service orientation;
• Fluently in English and Vietnamese in writing and communication;
• Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
