Mô tả công việc
- Search for customer information on all mass media and create a list of potential customers.
- Introduce restaurant services to customers by calling or meeting in person.
- Send service information emails, answer all customer-related questions and respond quickly.
- Respond to all questions on the sales website, fanpage, booking page, online food ordering.
- Sign contracts or close orders of customers who agree to use the service.
- Take care of old customers, potential customers
- Answer and support to resolve all issues related to the service.
- Send information, incentive programs, promotions to old and potential customers to persuade customers to re-sign contracts.
- Collaborate with all restaurant staff to build promotional activities, introduce services to customers through media channels or offline.
- Coordinate with departments to develop plans to find new customer lists, service usage, etc.
- Report all activities every week, month, year.
- Carry out other requests from superiors.
Working time & place:
- Working time: Monday - Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and Saturday morning (08:30 – 12:30)
- Working place: No.1 ,Street 39, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

- Service charge: are subject to business monthly/yearly result of the restaurant and as per the Company’s Policies.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good writing skills
