Mô tả công việc
- Search for customer information and create a list of potential customers.
- Introduce restaurant services to customers by calling or meeting in person.
- Send service information emails, answer all customer-related questions and respond quickly.
- Answer all questions on the sales website, fanpage, booking page, online food ordering.
- Sign contracts or close orders of customers who agree to use the service.
- Take care of old customers, potential customers
- Answer and support to resolve all issues related to the service.
- Send information, incentive programs, promotions to old customers and potential customers to convince customers to re-sign contracts.
- Coordinate with all restaurant staff to develop promotional activities, introduce services to customers through media channels or offline.
- Coordinate with departments to develop plans to find new customer lists, use services, etc.
- Report all activities weekly, monthly, yearly.
- Carry out other requests from superiors.
Working location: Marriott Residences, Grand Marina, Lake Tower, 2 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from economics, hotel and restaurant management or related fields.
- Good problem solving, negotiation and consulting skills.
- Appearance suitable for the industry's characteristics
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and writing and drafting contracts
