Mô tả công việc

  • Set sales targets and identify sales and promotional activities required to achieve the set targets.
  • Estimate budgets, divide cost tools to facilitate control. Coordinate sales activities of employees, production plans, inventory, etc.
  • Make appropriate adjustments to product packages, commit to change the terms of price, customer, product quality, distribution methods, payment, promotion, branch operations, etc.
  • Recruit, train new employees, improve internal staff development. Set focus and monitor the performance of subordinates.
  • Build and promote sustainable customer relationships. Find customer potential.
  • Report revenue, costs and actual reports to the management.
  • Identify new emerging markets, market changes and get full expression of new products as well as competitive status.
  • Decide appropriate distribution.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the director

Working time & place:

  • Working time: Monday - Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and Saturday morning (08:30 – 12:30)
  • Working place: No.1 ,Street 39, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

  • Basic salary: negotiable based on ability
  • Service charge: are subject to business monthly/yearly result of the restaurant and as per the Company’s Policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or related field.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Good writing skills
