Mô tả công việc
- Oversee the Experience Department operations, ensuring high-quality service in the Experience Center, Fitness Center, Pool, Beach, and Boat operations.
- Manage host performance, including selection, training, engagement, and recognition programs, while ensuring guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Ensure health and safety standards for both guests and hosts, and promote sustainability practices.
- Attend daily operational meetings, implement Six Senses best practices and LQA standards, and liaise with Front Office for smooth operations.
- Maintain relationships with external teams, such as the National Park, and ensure safe and up-to-date trekking routes and activities.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring the service recovery process is followed.
- Monitor guest preferences, update profiles, and ensure smooth arrival, departure, and service processes.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Resort Manager and General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
- Knowledge about water sports, safety and emergency rescue
- First aid knowledge
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Familiar at creating reports, summaries and other documentation.
- Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs made available to Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in recreational activities or hospitality is required.
- Five years or more of experience in water sports, hospitality or recreational facilities.
- Advanced Microsoft software knowledge.
