Mô tả công việc

Interact with guests regularly, obtaining direct feedback on all aspects of the F&B operations.
Manage all-day dining restaurant, Room Service activities, and banquet daily.
Manage the restaurant marketing program for the hotel
Lead the operations across All-day-dining restaurants and Banqueting to achieve guest expectations, financial targets, and high employee morale.
Prepare the Annual Business Plan for the Food and Beverage department.
Ensure that all menu items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards
Educate and train team members in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and governmental regulations. Ensure staff has the tools, training, and equipment to perform job duties.
Staffing plan and task assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field
At least 5 years experience in F&B hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able to communicate, read and write English
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
Ability to use restaurant management software
Well-versed in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Excel preferred
