Mô tả công việc

Ensure validity and accuracy of all invoices and their appropriate allocation and timely payment.
To obtain, date-stamp and file copies of all documents which support authorized purchases (PR's, PO's, delivery Notes, signed Receiving Reports, etc.) for future matching to invoices.
To compare details of quantities, unit costs, etc., on regular purchase orders to those on authorized purchase requests.
To spot-check periodically internal purchase orders for food and beverage items against their appropriate market lists.
To audit price and quantity variances as per daily Receiving Variance Report.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience as a General Cashier, Paymaster, or in a similar role, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong understanding of cash handling and payroll processing, with a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems; experience with hotel-specific software is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks accurately.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address employee payroll inquiries professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in related position.
