Mô tả công việc
This Florist is responsible for arranging and maintaining floral displays throughout the resort, including the lobby, guest rooms, event spaces, and dining areas.
- Design and create daily floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorative displays for public areas, guest rooms, and special events.
- Ensure floral arrangements meet the resort’s aesthetic and quality standards, creating a visually appealing atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor the condition of flowers and plants, replacing or refreshing arrangements as necessary to maintain a fresh appearance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Food & Beverage, Events, and Housekeeping, to provide floral support for weddings, conferences, and special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all floral tools and materials are properly cared for and stored.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and other floral materials, coordinating with suppliers to order stock as needed.
- Adhere to the resort’s health and safety guidelines, especially regarding the handling of tools, chemicals, and plants.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering questions and accommodating special floral requests when possible.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Having a passion for flowers and design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for design and color coordination.
- Knowledge of a wide range of flowers, plants, and floral arranging techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in floral design is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of floral design experience, with a portfolio of work available upon request.
