Mô tả công việc

A. Building Customer Network & Executing Sales Tasks

  • Contact organizations, enterprises, trading companies, and travel agencies to introduce, send room quotations, hotel services, and promotional programs.
  • Consult and support customer care; build and maintain good relationships with the hotel's existing clients.
  • Expand the market and actively seek new customer sources.
  • Perform at least 3 sales calls per week and a minimum of 5 telesales calls per day to organizations, enterprises, trading companies, or travel agencies to promote hotel services and send quotations.
  • Handle customer care and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Organize and participate in customer appreciation events.

B. Business Strategy Development & Market Research

  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify business direction for the hotel.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and action programs for the property (within the assigned scope).
  • Propose and execute sales targets, business strategies, and development plans for the property (within the assigned scope).
  • Research and develop new products and services. Suggest solutions to improve the business efficiency of the property (within the assigned scope).
  • Implement sales programs and promotional policies as directed by the Director of Sales.

C. Marketing, Promotion & Business Development

  • Represent the hotel at events and trade fairs to expand customer reach and promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to advertise and promote products.
  • Plan and organize promotional campaigns, customer service surveys (FAM Trips, Roadshows, Sales Blitz).
  • Organize, monitor, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of implemented marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department in designing promotional materials, monthly hotel newsletters, gifts, and marketing publications.

D. Sales Targets & Operational Responsibilities

  • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the department manager.
  • Use sales techniques to negotiate and persuade partners and clients to use hotel services; draft, process, and file contracts.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Resolve customer-related incidents and ensure all complaints are taken seriously. Always report and consult with the Director of Sales and relevant departments to find the best and most timely solutions.
  • Manage room openings, rate adjustments, and inventory updates on CMS and B2B channels.
  • Perform assigned tasks and duties as delegated by the Department Director.
  • Respond to messages on the hotel's fanpage, emails, or website inbox.
  • Manage and confirm bookings, handle payments, special requests, and related issues.
  • Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the Department Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Honest, hardworking, and energetic
  • Graduated in majors such as Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or Foreign Languages
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in sales at 3-star or 4-star hotels and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Enthusiastic and career-driven, with a desire to grow in the hospitality industry

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

  • University degree or higher in Business Management, Tourism, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
  • At least 03 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality/tourism industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality market and ability to stay up to date with industry trends to support business growth
  • Fluent in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Meticulous, attentive, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Personality: Honest, friendly, enthusiastic, and dynamic
