1. Establish and maintain quality standards:
Identify and establish quality standards for all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu, service, work processes, hygiene, and food safety. They need to ensure that these standards are consistently adhered to and improved as necessary
2. Monitor work processes:
To monitor work processes in the restaurant to ensure compliance with quality standards and ensure efficiency and high performance. They need to check food preparation processes, serving processes, hygiene procedures, and quality control processes to ensure that everything is done correctly.
3. Quality assessment:
Assess the quality of service and products by conducting surprise inspections, collecting feedback from customers, and monitoring quality indicators. Based on the assessment results, they need to implement improvements and adjustments to enhance quality.
'-Ensure food safety: all food ingredients used in the restaurant meet food safety standards. They need to coordinate with suppliers to check the quality and origin of ingredients. Additionally, they must implement food hygiene and storage controls to ensure safety and prevent foodborne illnesses.
4. Train and guide staff:
Must ensure that all staff in the restaurant are adequately trained in quality standards, work processes, and hygiene rules. They are responsible for guiding employees on how to improve service quality and address quality-related issues.
5. Interacting with regulatory agencies and certifications:
Interact with regulatory agencies and certification bodies related to quality, such as food management agencies, sanitation authorities, and quality inspection organizations. They ensure that the restaurant complies with the requirements and standards set by these agencies and can provide information and reports as needed.

Candidates with QC/QA certification are highly prioritized.
Knowledge of food safety standards and quality service & food control procedures.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Quality Control role within the FnB industry.
Proficient understanding of quality standards and management processes, as well as quality monitoring and supervision.
Experience in quality inspection and testing, implementation of corrective action programs, and knowledge of data analysis and statistical tools.
Proficient computer skills.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, analytical ability, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under high pressure, with a sense of responsibility towards the job.
Good in English, willingness to work flexible shifts or as per production demands.
