• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Create staff schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Prepare reports on kitchen performance, food costs, and inventory usage.
• Ensure a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Experience in Latin or Japanese cuisine, or in high-end dining restaurants.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of 20 staff members.
